Information and Analytics:
Over the past years, many business have invested heavily on the processes and enabling systems that support Engineering and Operations. Whilst these systems function well in many cases, businesses are not yet fully harnessing the information inside of them. The value of this information to aid decision-making is priceless, yet many organisations still relay on intuition and “Excel” based reporting that is not founded on evidenceable data, based on a single source. Executives driven by the need to improve their operations will turn to Reporting and Analytics over the next twelve months to help identify where these opportunities lay.
